Mattress dumped on Oak street between Brown St and 16th St NW

Streetlight appears to have been hit. Light has fallen off.

When sidewalk was repaired on oak street between brown and 16th Street the no parking sign was not replaced on the north side of oak street (you can see pole location in sidewalk). The south side of oak street (a one way) has the no parking signs but north side does not which is making people think they can park on the narrow street. No parking signs should be replaced on north side of street.

On November 1, 2017 the tenants of 3506 16th Street moved out and dumped several items in the alleyway behind the building. Those contents are now beginning to smell and rats have been seen in the area. Please remove these items.

Light flickers at all times. Very distracting
