    Stop Sign Down Inilagay sa Artsibo

    The stop sign at this intersection is down again, sign was laying flat on the ground this morning. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last 6 months. Very dangerous for cars and pedestrians as cars coming up Stillman rushing to the train don't stop!!!

    There is a no left turn sign hanging from the traffic light at the intersection of Exchange and Fulton. Every morning I watch numerous cars make lefts at that intersection, no one cares. If the no left turn isn't going to be enforced take down the sign as it causes confusion

    The entire sidewalk on the State House side of Francis street is solid ice going down hill all the way to the intersection at Gaspee. Francis St on the East side (Amtrak station side) is not plowed all. Both of these situations force pedestrians into the street which is highly dangerous.

    The stop sign at this intersection was on the ground a couple weeks ago - it fell somehow, I saw it on the ground attached to the pole. It has not been replaced. This is a busy intersection with traffic to the train station coming from two directions and its unsafe for pedestrians without that stop sign people coming down Stillman blow through the intersection.
