Car park all day and night without a residential parking permit as required for this ward 4 neighborhood

Large pothole about 40 inches long. This one was filled a few weeks ago. There are about 10 other potholes in the 1400 - 1500 block of Missouri Ave NW.

Because this car is parked in the no parking anytime area, it impedes my ability to use my driveway. There are only 8 inches between the rear of the car and my car when I back out. To turn up the one way street, I had to pull up and back up two times. Pleased ticket.

This car continually park in the. No parking anytime area. The space is not big enough for a car to park in without blocking access to use my driveway. Please ticket by police or parking enforcement officials.

This street light is out again. It was reported as being out 5 times since August 2016, most recently on November 11. Each time the light is reported being out, a repair is made that last a week or so. Can this light be repaired so that comes on every night or else, please replace the entire light and pole.

This same street light has been reported as not working several times-- in August, September, on November 8. This light is currently not on once again on November 11. Can this street light be fixed or does it need to be completed replaced? Let's get this resolved without delay.

This street light is beside the driveway to 1506 Missouri Avenue NW. This same light was reported as being out in August and September 2016. It is not working again.

This incident was previously reported on August 27, 2016 under 311 number 1600665957. On September 22,2016 a crew came out to repair the light. Email to me stated case closed and light repaired. The light is still out. There is no light on at night. Please repair this light. It's been nearly 5 weeks without light.
