    A search of business registrations shows two businesses on Boone St, neither being D & J Pipe Specialists..
    Now there is a sign on the corner saying Construction by D & J Pipe...

    Etheridge Automobile Repair has been parking vehicles on the sidewalk for a long time. Does the company own that portion of sidewalk, or is the whole sidewalk ours, the public.
    Etheridge should cease and desist this ilegal parking, and put the concrete bumpers at the edge of the sidewalk, where they belong.

    Even if it is necessary, the water could be used gainfully instead of returning it to the river.
