Person living in their truck, neighbors say they have witnessed drug sales

This is the same individual who is driving a gray pick up truck with a pedicab in the back who regularly sleeps in the vehicle and parks it there all day we change the parking on the street but there doesn't seem to be any regular enforcement to keep them from living in their car on 11th St.

Trees pruned and branches now on 11th street in front of the skate park

The east side of 11th St. was unlimited and is now two hour only parking yet people are parking overnight and some people are still living in their vehicles please monitor this side of the street for parking violations.

Car has been here for a week

Multiple vehicles with Virginia tags and Park had in versus backed in on the east side of the street. It is also supposed to be street cleaning day yet there are repeatedly car is parked on the street and they don't clean the street.
