Signs in the pedestrian refuge outside of Northeast Library (7th and MD NE) fell or were knocked over. I've seen at least one car cut through the refuge, between the flexposts. You don't need a new sign; just put the poles back up.

There is a deep pothole on the east side of the protected bike lane, at the southern edge of the crosswalk. See attached photo. It is deep enough to knock people off their bicycles as certainly is deep enough to damage people's wheels.

Looks like this was patched a while ago, but a portion of the patch has come out and the pothole has reformed.

The one way sign on the northeast corner of Stanton Park fell off (6th and C NE). Sign is on the ground there, but the holes now appear to be too big for the brackets. Washers probably will solve the problem.

These are smaller than the other 3 that I just reported around Stanton Park, but there's going to be kids running race around the Park in May. Don't want little feet getting caught.
