Very heavy car traffic here at a main access route to the VCUHS visitor deck right at the last foot crossing downtown-side on the MLK Viaduct. This is a very wide spot which is intimidating for pedestrians, especially those with mobility impairments, and crosswalk paint is completely missing.

Crosswalks on all corners of 11th and Clay are so worn as to be almost totally invisible. This is a very busy pedestrian crossing in a very high traffic area, so it's extra important that crosswalks be highly visible.

Here's another one: Red Door Restaurant menu chained and locked to tree at Marshall and 3rd. Needs to be removed, business needs to be told to quit this.

Second time I've seen one of these. Red Door Restaurant menu board chained and locked to city property by convention center. Should be removed.

Bus stop sign at Broad and Jefferson on the north side is tilted the wrong way, facing into adjacent buildings instead of straight ahead
