    Peralta Street has been re-surfaced in last few weeks but workers have NOT filled in the giant pot-holes in-between the many remaining old railroad tracks. It is a horrible hazard.
    I thought I broke a shock on my car when I sunk into this pit.
    Instead my car had an instant flat front tire on Saturday night because these holes are not marked by any type barricade, cones, signed, etc. and the street is dark.
    I was driving slowly and it is still a very bad hazard.

    The large building – National Recycling Corporation has excessive amounts of graffiti tags, especially on the 14th Street exposure. Needs to be cleaned up & painted over. This is a large business.

    More & more graffiti on this corner at 18th & Mandela Parkway. It appears this fence is part of the California's Finest Body & Frame and they've got the $$ to clean this up (or be fined accordingly.)

    This business - (Expo Floors) - newish to the neighborhood - is neglecting to handle the graffiti that has been accumulating on the west side of their building, facing Mandela Parkway. (see photos.)

    Old Brick building owned by North Coast Ship Supply at corner of Peralta & 17th Street in West Oakland. The graffiti is rampant and the owners of this successful company have never attempted to abate the problem or improve things. (Initially thought this building was part of the LampWork Lofts renovation but it is separate & different owners.)
