    RE-occurrence. Graffiti on metal panel at foot of bike/pedestrian bridge over the river. This re-appeared the very next day after it was last painted over!! I suggest the city remove the panel altogether. Much other graffiti on bridge railings and cement walls.

    West Bluff Park Overlook (Near 2426 Vista Grande Drive Northwest) Albuquerque, New Mexico - West Bluff
    Part of guard fence dividing the top of the bluff above the Rio Grande from the West Bluff Park patio has been ripped from its moorings and folded back, probably to allow access to the river. The picture uploader in your app appears to have rotated my picture. You may want to rotate it again.

    Bike trail & bike bridge - along I-40 East; Near Hanover Rd. NW. Grafitti is on the upslope of trail as the trail heads up (east ) towards the bike overpass. The picture only shows some of the existing grafitti. There are other parts of the bridge path (on posts, railings, etc.) that have it as well. [Note - the ability to upload more than one picture would be helpful here - can someone work on adding that feature?]
