Did not empty two of the bins

There are 4 bins here that are never used and just sit in the street.

A horse trailer had been parked here for well over a week, taking up 3 spots. Horse trailers are not allowed to be parked on city streets (see rule 18-2405.5(c) of the DC municipal regulations).

Lots of stuff dumped here all the time. Trash collectors won't take it all so it'll sit there, often for weeks.

Several black plastic trash bags and a bucket of (latex) paint were not picked up this morning with our trash

Recycling truck once again left a number of boxes and other recyclable containers which were placed by bins. This is the second time this month that they have done this.

Seems to be a burst pipe under the sidewalk; there is water bubbling up in the cracks. Just west of the church driveway.

Horrible driving by DDOT van on Eye St morning of 12/12. Swerving between lanes, cutting other drivers off, using left turn lanes as passing lanes, etc.

There seems to be water bubbling up from underneath the street, causing the street to be wet when it has not rained, and running off into the sewers.

Lots of cans missed throughout the neighborhood; perhaps they skipped us entirely!

I believe recycling was missed at our apartment and that of a neighbor on our block. either that or no one else on our block remembered to put theirs out!

This whole neighborhood has been skipped. I know what the storm on Tuesday, things got pushed back, but its now Thursday afternoon, and we still haven't had pick up of trash, or recycling.
