This house has been vacant for over three years, and is falling apart.

Potholes b y stop sign that continue to be fixed incorrectly.

Storm drain clogged and non-functioning

Yard waste (limbs, etc) for pickup in alley behind 3403.

This pothole is back again after being repaired 4 times in 2 years.

I submitted a check and form on December 17th to have my leaves vacuumed, and nothing has been done. Please have this resolved soon. Leaves are in alley by trash cans.

Storm drain needs to be cleaned out as it's full of dirt and cannot drain.

Fallen limb in alley has been cutup and is in the alley behind 3403 Moss Side.

The alley behind Moss side Ave is only lit for half of each block, meaning the remaining half is susceptible to increases in crime, as have been witnessed over the past month. Please install new lights to ensure the entire length of the alley is lit.
