On Ladera Drive NW from Sequoia to Ouray/Bob McCannon, the City has allowed the median to become an eyesore. The weeds in a good portion of this once nicely maintained median are 2-3 feet tall, and overtaking the median landscaping. What a shame - the City has no pride in maintaining this hard fought for median. Makes our neighborhood trashy. Balloon Fiesta is coming, is this what our City will present to all those visitors.

We had a mutt mitt container in Presidio Park. The residents made sure it was always stocked with bags. The container has disappeared and we would like it replaced. It certainly save those who use the park from stepping in or having to play with poop on the grass. Will you please replace the container or advise how we can. Thank you

The City recently landscaped the medians on Ladera Dr NW (3500-3400 blocks and south). Four of the trees have died as shown in the photo. Reported on 8/10/2019, closed on 8/12/2019. Issue ID#6451241, Service Request ID# 190810-000527. To date no action taken on replacement nor have we been advised as to the status of this request other than is has been closed.

Has been reported to 311 numerous times with no results. Would this be a issue to take up with the Mayor's office in that we have had no results with 311?

The sign at Katherine Nichole has been down for months. Holes in sign wore through, need two new holes drilled and remount the sign.
