Been a year since repaving, and still no crosswalks. Death and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Another pothole has started, and a couple more further down the block. Often see pieces of asphalt around it as cars drive over it and make it bigger.

The crosswalks on 3rd Ave at I St were never repainted after the street was resurfaced.

Potholes continue to get bigger. Whole block is rittled with them and needs resurfacing, not just patched. Why are better surfaced streets getting repaired first? Chula Vista can do better.

Sometimes have to wait in the east-west bound turn lanes for 7 minutes as the signals change theirs​ patterns at 6:00 PM. It will skip the left turn lanes for a couple cycles.

The westbound H St left turn signal at Hilltop Dr will skip several rotations in the evenings, causing you to wait up to six minutes and traffic in the turn lane to back up into the other lanes. Seems to happen a lot around 6 PM.

Tree roots have damaged the sidewalk. People are tripping and falling. An elderly person fell and was injured.
