This Gingko tree produces a very large number of berries that have a putrid smell and leave permanent stains on any car on which they fall. People often walk in the street to avoid stepping on these. The attached photo is just one day after the sidewalk was cleaned and at that time had at least 3 times the number shown here.

Recently planted female Gingko tree is already leaving a mess of smelly berries on the street and sidewalk. Please remove this tree. The berries are nuisance and permanently stain vehicle paint.
