Recycle did not pick up for the second time in a row. Work order was supposed to be entered to be sure recycling was picked up. Why can't you follow the work order??

I called solid waste thurs to be sure I would get picked up on Friday but you still cannot manage to pick up recycling. You regularly miss pickup
