again the pothole on Huguenot just before the county line going south is opening up , the old patch is intact but now a eclipse hole around is open

no leaves have been picked up south of chippingham oxford,
the excuse in December was wet leaves, now late Thursday after the snow plow has leaves spread all over in ditches, the road, in yards its gonna snow again.

My next door neighbor has fallen trying to cross the city owned drainage ditch in her front yard. She can't even cut her grass for fear of being hurt by slipping under lawn mower.

Water is always leaking from river Dr. near abandoned bicycle at the hill my brick wall. Its been that way for years , even after the new paving. Please fix this .
