Sidewalk on East side of New, South of University has multiple tripping hazards.

Pothole is in westbound lane near curb. I noticed it when turning from Mattis

Address is off on app - this is the median in the middle of Neil, north of Springfield at approx 311 S Neil. Saw a van traveling north and turning west hit huge hole in median and tire/wheel sinking up to halfway into pothole.

Mattress in drainage ditch by countryside school

Location is approximate. Asphalt overlay on eastbound lane between English Oak and Mullikan has a section that is totally gone on the edge of the pavement. It isn't directly in the driving lane but seems to be a pretty large gap.

Curb is damaged by handicap sidewalk ramp in NE quadrant of roundabout at English Oak and Chestnut Grove.

This is just a test because I am showing council member Gladney how this app works.

Street sign at Brett and Scottsdale is not visible when traveling southbound. Obscured by private tree. Would be nice to have a sign on the opposite side is Scottsdale so drivers can see it.

In the intersection of prospect and Springfield. Northbound lane of Prospect.

NW corner of intersection has a section of pavement that is caved in.

Parking meter 7808 on John just west of Fifth is out of order.

Pothole is in the center of the Green and Wright intersection. Not sure if this is Champaign or Urbana but all the pavement on the west lane of Wright between Green and John is really bad.

English Oak street sign south of traffic circle is knocked down.
