There is rusty metal wire mesh that was never properly disposed of by either the builder of the new house in Henderson or the Eversource gas line work. In addition there is left over straw wattle that was never removed by the builder.

I have been told that is is on town property. The tree looks dead and if it falls, it will fall on my car or house causing significant damage to solar array and structure. Please have forestry assess health and if not healthy, please remove. Thank you.
