1. Why do citizens receive second or third tier service?
2. Why are new sidewalks created throughout old developments never having them (ie, such as Northside subdivisions)?
3. How is three years considered acceptable?
4. Is this report even on the books? Paint has dissipated with the Egyptian pyramids with minimal visibility.Any citizen services are appreciated.
