I am becoming increasingly concerned about the large, dead maple tree. It has the potential to cause property and infrastructure damage as well as bodily harm. One of these summer storms may bring it down. It was reported quite some time ago and has had a red dot sprayed on it. The paint dot will soon fall off with the bark. City crews have stopped by and looked at it, but it has not been removed. If they wish to cut it to fall toward the north, the smaller maple could be removed. This smaller maple was severely damaged during the ice storm two winters ago and will eventually develop internal rot anyway.

Main issue is trash, toys, disposable diapers in yard. Also brush (mulberry etc.) is beginning to encroach on Lawler Court from yard.
