3rd REQUEST. A very noticeable speed bump type anomaly in the road way. A bit difficult to drive over. Please also see event numbers 3258346 and 3255917. This is still a problem and has not been solved.

Raised Asphalt to the entrance the The 25 Way from NB Jefferson - also see Ref # 3255917. Which claims matter has been resolved and of 3-9-17 has clearly not been taken care of.

The Street and Stop sign at Midtown EB at Pan American Freeway WB has been ran over and it bent almost touching the ground.

At the intersection of 12th and Mountain Rd on Mountain Rd there are 2 graffiti tags. One on the north side of Mountain and one on the south side. Bright Orange Tags that say "@#$% APD". Sorry if the picture attached is blurry.
