    31 Nook Farms Rd Windsor, CT, 06095, USA - Windsor
    A huge tire is abandoned on the walkway between Nook Farms Road and the HS parking lot.
    It was used by the HS teams for conditioning and was kept near the
    softball dugouts. For the past few weeks it has been at the location noted.
    My fear is that some some youths may be tempted to roll the tire down the Nook Farms hill causing property damage.
    I believe it is a potential nuisance in its present location. Please move to a safe location and secure.

    Someone has dumped approximately one cubic yard of blacktop paving material on the edge of the road. Today I noticed some yard debris has also been dumped at the same location. This is not a good situation.
    Because it appears to be dumped on the town owned right of way I would like to have the blacktop material taken away before winter comes.

    Two Streetlights have gone missing. There is no pole just some wires sticking out of the ground by an orange cone. Also the streetlight near the walk into the High School Parking Lot flashes intermittently
