    on the parkway northbound between Byrd Spring and Martin Road just now I counted two black trash bags full of trash or yard debris, one white work bucket, and an ottoman. also there was just general litter on the curbs and grass all the way from weatherly Road to where I turn onto Pratt. And this is not the first time that I've noted loads of litter on the parkway.

    Did the city just entirely forget about our neighborhood two weeks running? No debris collection last week and so far none this week either! there at least 5 piles on both Balsam and Wilmington and 8 on Joshua. My request last week went unanswered. This is unacceptable.
