My recycling did not get picked up yesterday. Can is full and needs to be emptied. Do I need to contact RANA directly?

Our trash can was run over. I need to request a new can, but also encourage the garbage collectors to make sure they put the can fully back into the driveway after emptying it.

Again. My recycling keeps not getting picked up. According to the City of Huntsville website, recycling pick up for my address is on Thursdays. And yet, time and time again, I put out my recycling and it doesn't get picked up. This time, I even put it out Wednesday night to make sure they truck just hasn't been coming by super early. But nope, at 6pm Thursday night... there it still sits, patiently waiting to be retrieved.
What's the deal? Sometimes they come, most often... they do not. This is ridiculous.

Toucan Down! =( There is a broken fixture on the playground at Pine Park. The spring is snapped off at the base.

City of Huntsville, PLEASE fix this gate on the Hawthorne side of Pine Park, and tell your maintenance crew to close it after they are finished working in the park. Just had to tell a family that they couldn't DRIVE THEIR CAR in the park!! They gate was wide open (since it won't close properly) and they couldn't see the no parking signs... so they just drove right in. This is not the first time this has happened. We residents around the park try to keep it closed and have purchased chains and locks and signage trying to fix it. But, we shouldn't have to. It has been broken like this for over a year, please fix it and help maintain the security and safety of this park that this community loves.

Dog without adequate shelter. This poor dog is out all the time, with no shelter other than this trailer. Shameful.

Street light out at Cypress and Hawthorne.

Overgrown and unhealthy tree. A heavy, too long branch overhangs the entrance to Pine Park and another hangs over the house. With all the storms we've had lately it's only a matter if time before this tree damages the nearby houses or falls on a person entering the park.

Suddenly seems to be low water pressure in our neighborhood. It is not just my house. Has come on within the last hour.
