Landlord left entire root ball in the front yard. Filled in the hole. This was months ago. Obviously has no intention of removing the giant root ball.

The sidewalk along Clinton Rd from Shurling Dr to Walls Rd needs trees cut back off the sidewalk. Students use this sidewalk to get to Northeast and Appling. Presently it has limbs and debris covering the route. School starts Tuesday. Please address ASAP.

Grass has not been cut since last summer and is more than 18 inches tall. Rear yard (visible from street) has not been cut in 2 years). Landlord of vacant home also began doing something to home, but has left wood and such in front for many months now without any maintenance of yard.

40% of the road is covered by overhanging limbs and vines. Small trees are growing between the asphalt and curbing. It has become dangerous as one has to drive over the center line to avoid the brush.
