Hole in the sidewalk has been covered for a few months with no activity The boards have several screws dangerously sticking up which could injure people or puncture bike tires

Trash can is missing an internal liner so that trash falls through the bottom I've also seen the up/downtown ambassadors struggling with emptying thebin because it's missing the liner

All street lights are out along Embarcadero in both directions from Oak Street. This is especially an issue with cars often accidentally turning into the train tracks at this intersection.

Someone wrote racial slurs and threats on the decorative pagoda building at the Chinese Garden Park. This should also be investigated at a hate crime if any traffic cameras or other evidence is available. Photo was taken the morning of 1/15/17.

On 2nd street between Madison and Oak

I reported this issue last month. The ticket was closed but the area was not cleaned up. There is a broken aquarium, broken TV tube, and other garbage. The broken glass could be a safety hazard.
