Storm drains appeared clogged as flooding often happens after major rain. Water often sits for days.

Huge Pothole right off Hermitage adjacent to Palmyra median left over from accident. The rut is collecting water.

The condition of Chatham between Wentbridge and Westwood as well as Gloucester between Brookland Park and Wilmington should be classified as criminal. These streets have been neglected for decades. Chatham is a major access road for locals getting to Hermitage. With all the streets paved in the passed few years, these need immediate attention - NOT PATCHES.
