This corner (the southwest corner of Golder and Alfred) continues to crumble under use by garbage trucks, school buses and other commercial vehicles that turn around. Most especially, heavy garbage trucks back up from Golder and turn around onto Alfred to leave the street. There are at least 15 small children in these two blocks who use the street for play because there are no sidewalks. In addition, there are many pedestrians and dog walkers who use this broad section of the road. The road is uneven, crumbling, and only had a temporary repair last fall. This is about the 10th time a complaint has been registered (though not with See-Click-Fix) with DGS to repave. We were promised a repair while the Whitehall Road repairs were happening, but nothing came of it. Come on, DGS!!!

The arbor vitaes along the Delaware Ave side of the property on the north east corner are so overgrown that both a speed limit sign and a sign indicating the middle turn lane are both obscured.

I have walked by this building for years and have witnessed continuing deterioration. It will be a candidate for demolition of enforcement action is not begun.

Both street lights are cycling off all the time. The street is black when it happens, creating a hazard for any pedestrians, as there are no sidewalks on Golder Street.

Multiple potholes getting larger by the day, right where the pavement of Delaware meets the pavement of Golder Street. Hard to avoid and to see if turning from Delaware onto Golder from the direction of Albany.

There is a hard-to-avoid pothole in the right southbound lane of 9W, between the entrance to 787 and the light at the State peripheral parking lot. It took out my daughter-in-law's right front wheel.

There is a slow water leak right at the sidewalk in front of the VFW. I have observed it since the winter. The last thing we need is a sink hole on Delaware!
