I have walked by this building for years and have witnessed continuing deterioration. It will be a candidate for demolition of enforcement action is not begun.

A. For years, this building has had a tarp over a failing roof. There is always a car parked in the driveway, but I've never seen an occupant. The overall condition of the building is poor.
