The pothole in the east bound lanes of W laburnum has opened back up after the pipe repair and pothole patch was completed.

Either a water or sewer leak has caused a very large pot hole in east bound lanes of W Laburnum Are.

There appears to be a water leak in the middle of the east bound lanes of W Laburnum Ave. Water exists when all other puddles are gone and is forming a pot hole.

One more large globe is leaning off of its seat across from the school.

Vines, branches, two boards

At the intersection of Hermitage and Bellevue is an old concrete street car pole holding the load of a street lamp and Verizon cables that has been hit too many times by vehicle traffic. This column looks like it will fall over at anytime and should be addressed immediately! There are several other concrete columns along Hermitage that have their rebar exposed to the elements and are also in need of repair.

Solid white parking / bike lane line is missing from side of street since the recent repaving along west and east bound sides of Laburnum Ave.

Crosswalk needed from the south side of Laburnum Ave across to one of the corners on MacArthur Ave. This can be a difficult street to cross and there need to be more defenses for pedestrians.

No sidewalk on either side of the street. This is a popular route for pedestrian traffic.

Leaves and small tree limbs on the curb of the 1500 block of laburnum are ready for pick up.

Water meter covers have been stolen on the 1500 block of W Laburnum leaving large holes on city owned property.
