Hello , this past summer , there was a guy in a hard hat on my patio , I went out to see why he was there . He claimed to be from either the town , the state or UI (I can't remember which one and should have asked for a business card , but failed to do so) , and asked me permission to cut off threatening branches that over hang the power lines from a huge tree in my front yard , that I said absolutely yes to , and that "later on this year" he would be back to cut them off ! No one has come here yet , and I'm a little nervous about this situation as I hear this winter will be a repeat of last winter !
