Strollers, for instance, can no longer pass. More trash is piling up along side it and the Police, who have a station right across the street, often park right next to it.

The City came and carved it up but it has been sitting in pieces on the sidewalk for over a week. It is a hazard to neighborhood, anyone trying to walk on that side of the sidewalk (especially with children) and is blocking the fire hydrant.
