Abandoned camber on old ouray road Near lava rocks brewery It's been here for over a year It's also been reported numerous times yet the City of Albuquerque fails to take responsibility for cleaning up what's now become a homeless camp and and public safety concern

We love our neighborhood park but it's in need some TLC The grass full of weeds and goat heads Many sections of the sidewalk wall have buckled and are significant trip hazards Please help make this park to its full awesomeness!!

The owners of this property are running an illegal business out of their home Every Saturday they hold a yard sale where they resell household items Per CABQ ordnance only two yard sales may be held per year The owners have now held at least 4 this year Last year and the year before they held appropriately 12-15 events per year The numerous yard sales bring heavy traffic to an otherwise quiet neighborhood and interfere with the right to peaceful enjoyment of property Please have a senior code enforcement officer visit the property for at least 5 consecutive Saturday’s so that the violations may be documented and the nuisance stopped

The lighting of the Top Golf recreation facility negatively impacts traffic safety When merging from the Southbound I-25 frontage at Montgomery, the white light projected by the facility is blinding and disorienting to motorists Please work with the venue to correct the safety issue

Very tall weeds and miscellaneous trash in back yard

Constant parking of vehicles in front yard- this is believed to be a violation of the city’s zoning code ( parking on unimproved/unimproved surfaces in excess of what is permissible per a single residential address)

Limited parking at the Pueblo Montano Picnic Area and Trail Head has resulted in illegal parking near the intersection of Mirandela Street NW and Montaño Road NW. It is now common for dozens of Vehicles to block the North and South bound bike lanes at this intersection-especially on the weekends. Please consider posting no parking signage / curb striping on Mirandela St near the picnic area to ensure the safety of cyclists, pedestrians, and motorists.
