    Problem with traffic light. Pedestrian waited to cross Haynes Bridge from Blackwatch to middle school.
    After only 10 seconds of having walk signal the traffic light for traffic on Haynes Bridge traveling towards Mansell turned green. Pedestrian and dogs were not even halfway across the street. Luckily everyone was paying attention and drivers allowed pedestrian to continue crossing.Please address. My son and his friends cross at this intersection all the time.

    Left Turn arrow still an issue. Sat through two cycles of light and then had to get over and continue straight. Same problem on 05/21
