    Over the past 2 years there has been a major sewer construction job at the corner of Coxwell and O'Connor. It officially finished a couple of months ago - but the extremely expensive rental crane is still sitting there. A. If we are still paying rent - why? B. If we aren't, tell the owner to get it off City property (liability concern).
