    Everytime someone cleans this lot and all the trash, the trash comes back and the tall weeds tower it like a jungle. It smells terrible and has a lot of biting insects. If thats not enough, the people think it is a trash pick up spot, and puts every bit of trash known to man out there! They say the block captain who lives way down the other end of the block on Taylor st (2700)told them to do this.

    They came out before, removed all the trash cut the weeds etc. Then the people started using it for a place for the dogs to poop. So now it is not only full of trash and overgrown weeds, but now wiith the mixture of dog poop, it is over run with biting flies and mosquitos. My suggestion is that y'all do the same thing y'all did before (ex. clean the trash and mow). The only difference would be this time have it cemented. That will stop the weeds. There also needs to be a dog poop fine up there. It s a litter sign up there but what is the point if it is not enforced? Put up some cameras and hire someone who will watch the tapes so they can fine them right at there house. A lot of them do not care because they don't own their property. They don't care about the value decreasing.

    bTWN 24TH AND 25TH STREET ON SOMERSET. tHE WHOLE STRIP IS FULL OF BAGS OF HOUSE TRASH. tHE LOT HAS OVERGROWN WEEDS AND TRASH AND DOG POOP MIXED IN. iT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED, CEMENTED TO KILL THE GROWTH OF WEEDS, AND PREFERABLY FENCED. i AM WILLING TO DONATE TO THE CAUSE TO GET IT DONE.

    When the city cleaned the lot, it suddenly become a dog poop spot, people walking dogs and leing them poop there without picking it up. As the weeds grew back over the poop, they stared putting bags and bags of trash at the lot and on the corner. The new people said the block captain tod them to do that, but the law says household trash is not supposed to be on the corner, only street rash on saturdays during block clean up. There is no sign for dog fines, and the cops that walk through the neighborhood don't even acknowledge theres a fine for dumping trash.

    the 2700block of north taylor st and somerset,btwn 24th and 25th street, you will find you have to walk in the street because going towards 24th street and somerset there are dead cats someone put boards half over, and all types of odorous trash, and when you go to your left towards 25th street, to the corner store, it is dangerous trash, metal and things sticking up out of it. Somebody, some child or elderly person will be hurt soon enough
