    Slum Lord! Observed at least 4 individuals living in the basement of this building. I don't think it has a CO for basement rental. No way this is safe for the tenants. Tenants speak no English and are probably being taken advantage of. Observed 2 bedroom apartment unit in the basement, stove and refrigerator in the apartment. No heat in unit except for heat pipes.. electric heaters observed in basement. Side gate entrance locked with a padlock for no access to code enforcement but tenants enter from side entrance wooden tall gate with a key. 1st floor unit has two pigeons loose in the bedroom. Pigeons defecate inside the bedroom closet. Not sure how this is allowed. Tripping hazard in the front from broken sidewalk. Garbage on side of house causing rats in the community. Please observe and rectify. Thank you!

    Is this pressure treated allowed by water, can running floor joists overlap 18 inches in this way to be extended? Are used/aged frames with obvious splits on top 2+ inches allowed to have a 2X4 sistered to same damaged area for a nailer of the new floor? When a girder is too low for the frame joists to rest on can we use scraps under each joist like in the pic?

    At the end of the field there's a couch, chair, and other garbage. At the mid field line, directly across the street is something that looks like a large pink bag of laundry. This is a school, it would be great if this could be picked up.

    Morris ave has not been plowed every time it snowed. The plowed turned onto the street ahead of a school bus letting off kids then backed out. All the kids walked up home into an unsafe street. Something needs to be done.

WE ARE TAXPAYING CITIZENS TO THE CITY OF NEWBURGH STUCK IN BETWEEN A BATTLE BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWBURGH AND THE BUILDER!! NOONE PLOWS OUR STREETS BUT THE POLICE COME AROUND AND HAND OUT TICKETS!! OUR CHILDREN ARE WALKING TO CATCH THEIR BUSES ON ICE DOWN A HILL!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND A DANGER TO EVERYONE THAT LIVES HERE!!
