The water heater has been broken for 2 weeks plus and the landlords of the Villas, run by Bella Asset, are 'waiting' for a part to come. I've tried to be patient but it's intolerable to shower and not hygienic for germ control. This is a basic violation of municipality ordinance.
May someone cone to my property, to run a temperature check on the water and then serve a violation to the Villas and/or make them quicken their pace at 'securing' the missing part?
I really don't know what the remedy should be, I cannot move due to income. I pay my rent on time.
