Abandoned Shopping Cart ArchivedCa-78 E Vista, CA, 92083, USA - VistaAbandoned shopping cart. Emerald to 78E on-ramp, right shoulder. This is just above the Costco parking lot. The shopping cart is kinda hidden behind the tumbleweed up against the fence.
The nearest intersection, asides from this on-ramp, would be Emerald & Hacienda. -
Trash Issue on Public Property Archived2033-2093 Sunset Dr Vista, CA, 92081, USA - VistaA dozen bags of stucco debris delivered by the Grinch. On the roadside across from 2020 Sunset Drive. Very heavy stucco trash, normally I clean this area when trash is dumped here but this is way too heavy for me.
Located between two "City of Vista. NO DUMPING." signs. -
Sidewalk or Curb Issue Archived609 Galaxy Dr Vista, CA, 92083, USA - VistaPlease complete the installation of the sidewalk on Galaxy drive and onto Caren road.
Numerous obstacles are either planted, built or parked in the public right-of-way. These obstacles prevent children walking to and from school (Grapevine Elementary) from having a safe place to walk. Forcing all pedestrians to walk in the street and being exposed to the hazard of the ever increasing flow of traffic. -

Chain link fence panel is not secured, it swings open for easy access for Urban Campers to create a homeless encampment. This is the very last panel. This fence is for the beautiful clean area which is posted "NO TRESPASSING".
Located across the street from the Smart & Final shopping center at Emerald drive and West Vista Way.Also, while you are there, would you please remove (or paint it grey ) what looks like may be a blue painted boulder. In the middle where the pile of boulders are. It looks like a rolled up bright blue sleeping bag from a distance.
Thank you. -
Trash Issue on Public Property Archived1800-1810 W Vista Way Vista, CA, 92083, USA - VistaLocated at the intersection of West Vista Way and Emerald drive.
Across the street from the Smart & Final shopping center there is trash being hung on the chainlink fence by bums camping next to the 78W onramp.
Please paint the fence with a liberal coating of axle grease to discourage them from hanging trash on the fence.
I recommend using a food-grade grease to avoid any environmental issue complaints by homeless advocates or supporters. I have found that painting a fence with axle grease is a good alternative to barbed-wire, razor-wire and electric-shock fencing. It is effective and harmless on humans. Grease is also much less expensive to install or maintain. It is also not visually noticed from the roadway.
Food-grade grease is what we use on all of the pumps, pump-shafts, bearings and hinges that are near or come in contact with the ocean water. So this has been accepted by the EPA as an environmentally friendly substance. -

Mattess and boxspring illegally dumped by a large new white Ram 4x4 at 9:15pm. I saw them pulling away from their junk as I rounded the curve and surprised them.
I was suprised too and did not write down their license plate #, so annoyed.
You would think that someone that has a nice shiny truck like that would also take pride in their neighborhood and city. But nooooo, they are really just a family of dirtbags that pose as clean people. Dumping their junk on their neighbors.
POSERS! We know what you really are.
“4x4 LOSER” should be on your license plates.
