Several times per week, cars are parked extremely close to the edge of this driveway, overhanging it, or obstructing it entirely. When cars are parked so close, all cars entering and exiting must pull out onto the street blindly, into opposing traffic, in order to pull onto Quinnipiac avenue, due to the way the street and driveway apron are angled. Being that this property is also zoned for and is actively a residence andbusiness, there is someg concern due to the number of times this happens during business hours, as well as for the residents of this address.
