The state of Second Ave between Grand Blvd and Seward is atrocious - several areas where trenching and backfilling with asphalt are sinking further in creating hazardous conditions for cars and people walking across the street, which happens frequently between New Center One and the Fisher.

The lateral stretch between WGB and Lothrop is theworst but several cross sections on second are as bad for vehicles. It's been like this for going on 6 months.
