On the southwest corner of Harbison and Plaza, one of the traffic lights has been twisted around to point in the wrong direction. It should point north for drivers traveling south on Harbison, but now points east, toward those traveling west on Plaza.

You can't really see the signal driving south on Harbison, and it shows the wrong light to people driving west on Plaza. It is confusing and potentially dangerous.

MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE REPORTED THIS DANGEROUS POTHOLE MANY TIMES, BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

Please fix this pothole. It is super-dangerous. Someone is going to get hurt and the city is going to get sued... and deserve to, because you have been notified repeatedly. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

Honestly, I don't think anyone even reads these anymore. We just get a robot-acknowledgement and that's the end of it. Or some do-nothing closes the case without actually doing anything about it. It is infuriating.

L Ave National City, CA, 91950, USA - National City

There is a deep pothole on the northbound side of the road. It is actually N Avenue, going down the steep bit of road toward Smart and Final/Seafood City. For some reason, it shows up on your map as L Avenue, but it is actually N Avenue, as per Google and Apple Maps.

This is not one of those little patches of rough road that some people report-- this is a serious road hazard that will eventually cause an accident or damage someone's car. When that happens, if the city is sued there will be a long e-trail that multiple people have notified the city about this accident-waiting-to-happen.

This pothole has been reported many times by a half-dozen different people, but other than automated acknowledgments there have been no further responses and nothing has been done to fix the problem. At the very least, we deserve a response from a real person that this will be fixed.
