The lights for the skate park are not working. It’s dark and no lights are on.

Southbound protected left turn arrow off of Sugar onto Eastbound Schunior is not working. No left run arrow.

At the intersection of N. 6th Ave and Van Week there are two large Dips in the road on N. 6th Ave as you go across from Van Week. Cars are many times hitting the bottom of their vehicle on the dips because there is no sign that warns them of the dips. Need a "dip" sign on both sides of 6th Ave. on Van Week.

The waste brush was not picked up last month and has not been picked up since. Please pick up yard waste.

They are digging out dirt from the ditch behind our residential community. The dust is getting in the air and covering everything. This is creating a respiratory problem for our neighborhood. They should be setting the ground down.

The curb needs to be painted by the fire hydrant. Several others were done in the area and this one got missed. Cars often park there because of the lack of red paint to indicate no parking.

This pile of illegal garbage has been sitting here for several months now. This is a breeding ground for rats and other critters and it smells. It is located next to the irrigation ditch on Mile 17.5 road.
