    The traffic light on Encantado heading West at Tramway fails to register vehicles for the left turning lane. This is dangerous on a motorcycle and needs to be addressed. This is my third complaint and the problem persists.

    This morning at 6:45am, myself and other vehicles waited at the red light on Encantado heading west for over 6 minutes. The traffic light never turned green and forced myself and multiple vehicles to run the red light to get on to Tramway. There were vehicles in both the left turning lane and center lane. This has happened to me multiple times over the past couple months. I have also witnessed this happening to other drivers who get stuck at this light because it never turned green. This is an incredibly dangerous situation.

    Our neighbor said he saw the city trash truck dump our trash on to the ground and drove off and left it there. Our trash bin was barely half full. Apparently they completely missed the vehicle and all our trash was strewn up and down the street. Why would the city leave such a nasty mess on our street?
