    A person has been living in Edgewood Park, in a tent on the bank of the West River across from Center Pond. He has been there for 2 months now. He should be moved before he freezes to death and so other park users can use the area.

    During morning rush hour, police car parks over the crosswalk, preventing cars from making right turn. A. He is parking illegally B. To make a right turn, I have to pass him on the left and cut right across the front of him, which I am hesitant to do, since he's the police. He has no signals or lights on, so my first assumption is that he is also turning right, but after I've missed the light and he hasn't moved, I realize he's actually parked there. The officer says he's doing traffic enforcement, but I feel like he should do it somewhere that he can stop legally and also not impede normal traffic.
