Neighbor nuisance and blight. Homeowner has no regard for neighbors, city officials and surrounding private properties. Use of the front yard for backyard or park recreation has become a nuisance and damage to my car. Using the trash and recycle bins and a garden fence as goal posts --is not a remedy. Numerous requests have been made to cease playing with balls ---an activity of forcing children/adults onto my property and driveway to retrieve balls on adjoining property and/or stuck under my car. It is a dangerous practice, a liability and affecting my quality of life. Unfortunately, I am requesting all documentation regarding this issue from previous complaints to be made available in the event that legal actions have to be taken. Thank you.

Beverly Rd and Lawncrest St-----No cars were parked in either sides of the street during and after the snow storm. The middle and even side of the street was plowed. The top of the hill at the corner of Beverly Rd and Lawncrest is obstructed with hardened snow. The fire hydrant is on the odd side with snow in the street now hardened by not being plowed. It would be appreciated when the odd side is plowed to PLEASE---NOT PUSH ANY IF THAT HARDENED ICE AND SNOW into anyone's driveway- since it is a dangerous practice that should be discontinued and absolutely avoidable as proven by last years emergency assistance from the Natuonal Guard when 35inches fell on the city. Thank you.
