There is a red short bus parked on the wrong side of the road. Bus is visibly out of service/ leaking fluids. Bus appears to be serving as workshop/ bicycle repair shop, possibly for unlicensed commercial purposes. Bus is supplied electricity by an extension cord extending across the public street into the front door of 909 West 32nd Street. A make shift pup tent has also been erected outside the bus (tent is suspended tarps secured by used motor oil in plastic gallon containers).
Please action to cease all unlicensed commercial activities, remove bus or restore to a legally serving function (used as motor vehicle- not mobile workshop parked on city street).
