These alleys have received no attention since my last report. I would like to know that progress is being made and have yet to see any work happening anywhere in our area.

The 1400 block between 28th and 29th Street S. Is what I am referring to, but I have seen multiple reports for replacement of other alleys in this area. As someone else had said, we pay taxes just like everyone else in this county and city. Please respond. The weather has been on par for construction with very little rainfall, so the only issue we have is receiving direct response from the city.

I have three things to note:

Noise: There are consistently drivers exceeding the noise ordinances in their vehicles, any and all times of day and night. At least once per day, often times more.

    I suggest signage around the neighborhood between 31st S / 28th S, 24th S. / 28th S., I-275 ramps to 15th Ave S. and 18th Ave. to 22nd Ave. as a deterrence to this continued behavior.

Litter: Trash is a massive problem and people who drive by riddle our neighborhood with litter. I am constantly picking up alcohol bottles, food trash, diapers, brown bags, etc out of my yard.

I suggest supplying trash cans at bus stops and benches around all of the city. There are not enough trash cans for the amount of trash generated. Although, of course, these cans would need to be emptied.. Simple signage may help, but I would prefer the public trash service around town.

Alley Potholes: Also, the alley between 28th St and 29th S. is very lumpy and I know everyone complains about it on both streets. If you sent someone by they would understand why.

Could you please send someone to at least drop some new pavement down in certain areas? Anything would be an improvement.

Thank you for your time, and if there is anyway that I can assist further, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Respectfully,
