Household trash and recycling not picked up on the same side of Rollingwood street that is continually missed Note on can specified that street was blocked by cars If this were the case, how was one side able to be picked up and not the other It's an 80+ year old street It's narrow Concessions will have to be made Like getting out of the truck and bring cans to other side of trash truck if street can only be serviced in one direction This is getting ridiculous

One side of entire side of street was missed in todays household pick up

Please explain to me why am I trash was not picked up because of the four 2 1/2' pieces of window trim and the single 5"w by 2 ' long board There is no reason why this trash can could not have been taken Are the window trim? Pieces are equivalent to a wooden broom handle if I had thrown that away would you not have taken that? I understand that you do not pick up construction debris. But construction debris pertains to large quantities. This is a, I had to fix a window in my house, debris. Shall I call special pick up for for 2 1/2' boards? Are you going send the crane out to pick up these 2 1/2' boards? Is it not more cost prohibitive to pick up these four small boards with my trash rather than sending out an entire vehicle to pick up some thing that doesn’t warrant a special pick up? Now I have trash that has been sitting in this for two weeks because of four boards.There has to be some sort of allowance for tiny home repairs. It is absolutely asinine to call a special pick up on this amount of Smallwood, and if this is policy, though I do not believe it is, you need to rethink this. And if it is not policy, you need to retrain your staff, because they apparently are unable to differentiate between the two

Curbside bulky yard waste to be picked up

431 Rollingwood Circle is currently a single family home divided up into 5 short term, Airbnb units with three different hosts running the short term rentals within this 1500 sqft home Not only is this a zoning issue as it has never been inspected to be such in a 1500 sqft house But adequate dedicated parking has not made in order for these units short term renters to park There is roughly 40 linear feet of roadside parking No driveway And a backyard area that is suggested for parking but not reinforced Nor is is functional or maintained for parking as it is wet and cars occasionally get stuck Cars of random individuals park directly i from of my home leaving no parking for my own vehicles We have owned this home for 16 years and not being able to access my own front yard to park my camper for some yearly servicing is completely unacceptable We have gone to all five doors in order to find the owner of this vehicle so that we could ask to have it moved so that we may park our camper. Nobody is responding. The fact that this is even an issue is ridiculous There needs to be more over site into the regulations and rules of Airbnb and homes that are used for short term rentals

Yard waste for entire street missed Need cans emptied for household trash

At what point is a fireplace log holder and wooden plant stand not considered household trash so that my entire trashcan did not get picked up? Household trash is defined as trash that came out of my house. Therefore, this should’ve been picked up. There is nothing in the scan that would be designated, not categorized as household trash

I pay taxes to have my trash picked up, and I expect that my trash is picked up regardless of what the truck driver considers acceptable waste.

I called today and was told the truck would be out to pick up misses. It is 5pm and my can was still not picked up.

Trash not picked up Please tell the residents at 428 Rollingwood Circle to please move the truck that is not driven or moved ever that it sits in the worst spot on the street and blocks traffic If the moved their car back 20 feet this would not be and issue They have been asked on several occasions to help with this problem to no resolve Can the city please step in on this

Non operated truck with no tags sitting in the worst possible place on a narrow street Parked right on the curve blocking traffic of large vehicles Everyone on the curve has to move cars for large trucks because the owner of this truck lacks consideration for his neighbors around him refusing to move the truck to a more logical place to park The owners of the house have been notified and the renter was spoken to with no avail The truck only needs to back up 20 feet and this would not be a problem outside the code violation for an untagged vehicle on a public street that has been stationary for over three weeks The owner has also been seen removing tags from a registered vehicle and placing it on truck in order to drive Truck also has an illegal lift, Carolina squat, and illegal tint according to NC law The render of this house has a driveway that remains empty throughout the workday which would free the street up for the flow of traffic and not block large vehicles
