431 Rollingwood Circle is currently a single family home divided up into 5 short term, Airbnb units with three different hosts running the short term rentals within this 1500 sqft home Not only is this a zoning issue as it has never been inspected to be such in a 1500 sqft house But adequate dedicated parking has not made in order for these units short term renters to park There is roughly 40 linear feet of roadside parking No driveway And a backyard area that is suggested for parking but not reinforced Nor is is functional or maintained for parking as it is wet and cars occasionally get stuck Cars of random individuals park directly i from of my home leaving no parking for my own vehicles We have owned this home for 16 years and not being able to access my own front yard to park my camper for some yearly servicing is completely unacceptable We have gone to all five doors in order to find the owner of this vehicle so that we could ask to have it moved so that we may park our camper. Nobody is responding. The fact that this is even an issue is ridiculous There needs to be more over site into the regulations and rules of Airbnb and homes that are used for short term rentals
